The 22 Hotel - London

I contacted the host about checking in late on New Year's Eve because of transportation issues. They provided me with a different postcode than what was initially given. When I arrived at the new location, there was nothing there, and I had to wait an hour for someone to answer my call. This was a challenge since I was with my partner and we expected a smooth experience.

The lack of communication and clarity was frustrating. I felt unprepared after spending on taxis and was left in a difficult situation due to the incorrect information.

The location was GOOD and ideal, very close to local shops, it's a plus. Moreover, it's close to the main tourist areas, Spurs stadium, and train station.

The location was great in a pretty nice area, not far from the main tourist areas, Tottenham stadion, and the train station. I thoroughly enjoyed the different room options, especially warm double room with kettle, fridge, for instance. I didn't want to say goodbye and can't wait to come back.

The room was clean and comfy, with a tv, a kettle for making tea, and toiletries in the bathroom. Loved having a wardrobe for my clothes and towels provided too. It's also close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for a couple's getaway.

The room was not only cosy but also had a lovely view of the garden was nice. And a fridge and microwave meant I could store snacks and heat up meals with ease!

The cleanliness could use improvement, as I noticed some areas appeared neglected. The check-in process was a bit confusing, leading to a slight delay at arrival. The noise from upstairs affected my sleep quality. These aspects could improve the experience .

It was just a great match for a short staycation in London with great value for money. The area gave a nice local feel, refreshing. Try to check if your room has working sockets.

Staying here was great due to its proximity to both Pymmes Park and the vibrant Millfield Theatre. There were plenty of charming cafes and restaurants close by, perfect for a quick bite after exploring the area.

It was just a perfect match for a lightning trip in London with good value for price. The room was quiet, great for resting after a long day. Bring your own toiletries as the shared bathroom might not be well stocked.
